If you have been newly diagnosed or are due for a new blood glucose monitoring system, you will be given an ARKRAY Diabetes Discharge Kit. This kit contains a Blood Glucose Meter, a small supply of test strips and lancets, a logbook and educational resources. These items will help you better manage your diabetes. Make sure to review all pieces with your healthcare provider prior to discharge.
